Our Return & Exchange Commitment

You may return most new, unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process

- Receive Instructions: Our Port Charlotte-based team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
- Package and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all parts and accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA number inside the package. Ship to the address provided.
- Inspection and Processing: Once received, we will inspect the item within 3-5 business days and notify you via email regarding the status of your refund or exchange.

Refund Timeline & Method
- Timeline: Upon approval, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution.
- Exchanges: Replacement items are shipped via Standard Shipping once the return is approved. You will receive a tracking email.
Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
