4. Ordering and Payment Terms

Order Processing:

All orders are handpicked and packed with festive care. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your item ships.

Shipping & Delivery:

We ship globally but are unable to deliver to a few remote regions and parts of Asia. The customer is responsible for ensuring their shipping address is within our serviceable area.

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Cost: $12.95 (flat rate). Estimated Delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $50. Shipped via EMS. Estimated Delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.

You will receive a tracking notification via email once your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.

Payment Methods:

We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Your payment is processed securely at the time of order. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the full amount to your selected payment method.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s import regulations.

5. Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

Your delight is our priority. Our straightforward process is designed for your convenience.

Eligibility:

You may return most new, unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

Process:

1. Initiate Request: Contact customer care at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt with your order number.
2. Receive Instructions: Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
3. Ship Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all parts and ship to the provided address.
4. Inspection & Resolution: We inspect returns within 3-5 business days and notify you of the refund/exchange status.

Important Notes:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Final Sale Items (Cannot be returned):

• Personalized or custom-made items.
• Opened seasonal consumables (e.g., opened wrapping paper).
• Items marked “Clearance” or “Final Sale.”
• Gift Cards.
• Items not in original condition (damaged, misused, missing parts).
• Health & Safety: All Dining & Entertaining items must be returned in original, unopened, sterile packaging.

All content on the Northlight Shop website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Northlight Shop, its licensors, or content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The “Northlight Shop” name and logo, and all related product and service names, are our trademarks. You may not use any of these without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Northlight Shop and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the website or any products purchased from it. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or a product shall not exceed the purchase price you paid for the specific product at issue.

We do not guarantee that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. The website and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
